By using NudgeMe, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
NudgeMe lets you capture reminders in natural language and be notified about them by push notification, email, or a synced Google Calendar event. We provide the service “as is” and don't guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that reminders will be delivered at the exact moment expected — please don't rely on NudgeMe alone for anything safety-critical or time-sensitive in a way that would cause serious harm if a reminder were missed or delayed.
You're responsible for the content of the reminders you create and for keeping access to your account (email or Google sign-in) secure. Don't use NudgeMe for anything illegal or to store content that violates someone else's rights.
NudgeMe Plus is a paid subscription billed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can cancel at any time from the Pricing page, and you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods except where required by law.
NudgeMe relies on third-party providers — Supabase, Resend, Google, and Stripe — to operate. Your use of Google Calendar sync is also subject to Google's own Terms of Service.
You can stop using NudgeMe at any time and request deletion of your account and data by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.
NudgeMe is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed or delayed reminders.
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
