What NudgeMe is

NudgeMe (“we,” “us”) is a reminder app. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Information we collect

Reminders you create: the text you type, the due date/time we parse from it, and any repeat schedule you set.

Account information: by default NudgeMe creates an anonymous session with no personal information. If you choose to save your reminders or sign in, we store the email address (or Google account identity) you provide.

Delivery preferences:if you enable email reminders, we store the email address you provide. Browser push notifications rely on your browser's own permission system — we don't store a separate token for this.

Google Calendar connection: if you connect Google Calendar, we store an access token and refresh token issued by Google, and the email address of the connected Google account, so we can create, update, and remove calendar events that mirror your reminders. We request only the minimum scopes needed (creating/managing calendar events, and reading your Google account email to show you which account is connected) and do not read your existing calendar events, contacts, or any other Google data. You can disconnect at any time from Delivery Channels, which stops all future syncing.

Payment information: if you subscribe to NudgeMe Plus, payment is processed directly by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — we only store your subscription status (e.g. plan, renewal date) to know what features to unlock.

How we use your information

We use your information solely to operate NudgeMe: storing and delivering your reminders, sending them to you by push notification, email, or a synced Google Calendar event, and managing your subscription if you have one. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use the following service providers to run NudgeMe, each of which processes data only on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery), Google (Calendar sync and optional sign-in), and Stripe (payment processing). We don't share your data with anyone else.

Google user data

NudgeMe's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google Calendar access only to create, update, and delete calendar events that mirror your NudgeMe reminders — never for advertising, and never to read or analyze your existing calendar data.

Your controls

You can edit or delete any reminder at any time. You can disconnect Google Calendar, disable email delivery, or revoke NudgeMe's access entirely from your Google Account permissions page. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us below.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
